RIFFS, BEATS & CODAS celebrates six months!

Dear Readers: I am excited to share that Riffs, Beats, & Codas has published an array of blog posts, interviews, book reviews, and commentaries since February 2015 meaning the site is over the six month hump. Many thanks to our loyal readers who check in to read the site's monthly features.

One of the greatest honors for a writer is for their work to be acknowledged. In that spirit I am grateful for the inclusion of an excerpt from R,B, & C's February 2015 review of Jazz Child: A Portrait of Sheila Jordan on author Ellen Johnson's website. I was also contacted by a press recently about reviewing a forthcoming title for the site, another positive indicator of budding awareness for the site. There is an array of books on popular music released each year and Riffs, Beats, & Codas will continue to offer detailed and informed reviews of notable titles.
